Our shop is equipped with the right tools to service and / or repair your good boat. Our goal is to keep your boat turnkey!
Our shop labor rate is $95.00 per hour. Mobile service is $105.00 per hour
with a two (2) hour minimum. Pick-up and delivery service including trailer
is available at a flat rate.
Engine Scheduled Maintenance
All scheduled maintenances are done as per engine shop manual.
Lower Unit Rebuilds
All parts are original equipment manufacture (OEM Products). We repair Suzuki and Yamaha outboard lower units only. Lower Unit work (reseal/rebuild) have 6 month or 50 hours of limited warranty.
Both new and re-manufactured units are purchased through our suppliers. A standard one-year limited warranty is offered by our suppliers.
Fuel System Service (Engine)
The fuel system is inspected from the fuel tank to the carburetors/injectors.
Factory recommended tools are used to diagnose and calibrate to manufacturer
specifications.
Some adjustments and troubleshooting may need to be performed on the water.
The descaling of the cooling system is performed with a product called
Rydlyme Marine. It is applied for 2-3 hours with the engine off. In a circular
motion to reach all corners were salt may be trapped. The solution is safe
on rubber and gasket material.
This service is needed after diagnosing all
elements of the cooling system are working well and the overheat issue
remains.
Electrical Repairs and Rigging
All installations are performed with premium wiring and terminals with marine
heat shrink (seal). Installations are performed according to ABYC standard
/ safety codes. Some rigging installations may need to be tested and / or
adjusted on the water.
